Shipping FAQ
Shipping globally is no problem and happens on a weekly basis. Some countries can have flat rate shipping via a national carrier; this is cheaper but takes longer. All countries have the option of DHL which is a couple of days to anywhere globally
Shipping is calculated at checkout. VAT is added as default but will be removed when a country other than the UK is selected.
Shipping to the EU post Brexit
This is no problem though is best to choose DHL Courier as your shipping choice. The UK and the EU has a free trade deal so as my products are UK made then not much has really changed apart from it goes through customs and VAT is charged on import rather than by me at checkout. Flat rate still goes there but it is slower and customs can take longer. This is out of my control.
Shipping to the USA
This is not a problem. The USA is the biggest single destination for my reels. You can choose either flat rate, or if you want it faster choose courier.
Shipping to less developed countries
This is not a problem but will be done exclusively by courier. That way all parcels get there in about three days and are fully trackable
