Built for Extended Cave Diving
The Vanguard Cave Exploration Reel is engineered specifically for long cave dives where reliable line management is essential. With a 360-metre line capacity, divers can explore extensive passages without worrying about running out of line. Moreover, every dimension of the reel is carefully designed for comfort and precise handling, even during long, challenging missions. The CNC machined handle is crafted from a single billet of 6082 T6 Aluminium, featuring a radial sculpted pattern that ensures a secure and comfortable grip in all conditions. In addition, the Acetal spool is CNC machined with a recurve design, allowing smooth line deployment and retrieval while minimising tangles.
High-Quality Materials for Durability
The reel incorporates Grade 2 Titanium for the Axle Bolt and Thumbscrew, along with Grade 316L Stainless Steel fasteners, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Furthermore, these materials withstand repeated saltwater exposure, pressure, and the rigours of technical cave diving. By combining precision machining with premium metals, the Vanguard delivers a reel that performs consistently, dive after dive.
Custom Finish for Visibility and Style
Divers can select from a variety of custom colours and handle patterns, which not only enhances underwater visibility but also highlights the precise craftsmanship of the reel. Importantly, this custom finish does not compromise performance; instead, it adds a professional, high-end aesthetic that complements the robust engineering.
Designed for Technical Cave Diving
The Vanguard Cave Exploration Reel integrates precision engineering, ergonomic design, and durable materials into a tool built for serious divers. Consequently, its extended line capacity, comfortable grip, and smooth operation make it ideal for long or complex dives. Therefore, divers can rely on the Vanguard to reduce fatigue, manage line effectively, and perform reliably in demanding cave environments.
